Bonus: One Question for you
1. Idea
Many people create content but what can differentiate you is creating content that never dies out or doesn’t go out of trend for a long time. To define it: Evergreen topics are those with consistent interest and search volume over time.
If you add such types of content to your timeline of posts and share it widely with the work it will remain valid for a lifetime or more and will produce a consistent amount of traffic. One wonderful example of this is Personal monopoly thread by David Perell.
How can you create such content?:
1/ identify topics with high search volume or that are frequently relevant in your niche and is unique to you. Add your own bit of authenticity and a twist to the common. Imitate and then edit it from your own viewpoint.
2/Also connect different evergreen content pieces on a single page that makes it easier for everyone to find in an influx of other non-evergreen posts
3/Finally experiment with different types like how-to guides, list of to-do’s, checklists, etc.
I have only recently begun to experiment with this type of stuff and a doing so with threads that I put out on Twitter(more on this in the next issue
